During this time, I soon realized the importance of accepting employees as motivated and willing to perform, and of making every (possible) effort to develop and leverage their commitment and motivation and, if necessary, removing any obstacles which might impede the achievement of effective results.

Communicating in a timely and transparent manner, strongly involving employees and executives in all processes, as well as sharing successes and analyzing failures, created the basis for successful practice.
